You will have the opportunity to:
Assist in preparation of the U.S. federal consolidated corporate income tax return, including domestic proforma tax returns and supporting workpapers
Prepare all international aspects of the U.S consolidated federal income tax return including but not limited to E&P, Subpart F, GILTI, and FDII
Assist in preparation of the quarterly and annual income tax provision for domestic and international subsidiaries in accordance with ASC 740
Perform tax research on various issues, including domestic and international tax provisions of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code
Assist with analysis of repatriating cash to the U.S.
Assist with other aspects and identified special projects and support the tax team to meet the goals and objectives of the tax department
Liaising with cross-functional teams to obtain information or provide information
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Minimum of 1 year of tax experience in public accounting or equivalent corporate experience (Federal tax experience required)
Organized individual with an attention to detail
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
Self-motivated individual with desire for continuous learning
Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines and multitask and prioritize multiple projects
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Preferred:
Working knowledge of SAP, OneStream, and ONESOURCE
